Abstract
Hemangiomas are rare and benign tumors originating from the pterygopalatine fossa (PPF). In this study, we report a rare case of PPF hemangioma in a 66-year-old male, for which he underwent surgical resection via the anterior nasolacrimal recess after preoperative arteria maxillaris embolization.
