The Pochampalli and Hangar, Anjetti, and area ground waters were in poor condition, the rest of the area's water quality and fluoride level are moderate, and may increase in the upcoming years. The quality of water and fluoride levels have crossed the permissible limits of WHO and TWAD board standards in several sites of Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts. Abstract
