Initially severely cognitively impaired and dependent, she regained independence and demonstrated marked cognitive enhancement, her MMSE improved from 15 to 28 and reduced myoclonus. Her progress was sustained over three years, substantially enhancing her quality of life.</p><p><strong>Discussion: </strong>This SSPE case shows significant improvement in disability. Abstract
