Detecting the Major Degradation Products of Phosphorothioate Oligonucleotides by Chemical Derivatization and Weak Anion Exchange Chromatography

Abstract

Novel polar cysteine analogues have been synthesized for the derivatization of oligonucleotide depurination impurities that may be formed under acidic conditions.
