使用决策树方法确定与多发性硬化症相关的最重要因素。
简介:多发性硬化症(MS)是一种神经系统疾病,破坏神经细胞的绝缘覆盖物。它是继创伤和风湿病之后导致残疾的第三大原因。研究表明,MS的主要病因尚不完全清楚,据信受未知遗传和环境因素的综合影响。考虑到决策树等机器学习技术识别与疾病相关的重要因素的能力,本研究旨在使用决策树方法研究与MS相关的各种因素。方法和材料:本分析和建模研究使用MS疾病数据集进行。数据来自Kermanshah医科大学的健康登记系统。从2016年5月到2017年9月,共有317人被研究,其中包括188名诊断为MS的个体和128名健康对照者。磁共振成像用于疾病诊断。数据在r4.0.3软件环境下处理。分析的变量包括性别、年龄、多发性硬化症家族史、创伤、肠道疾病、风湿病、传染病、压力、抑郁、焦虑、迁移、维生素D缺乏和吸烟。采用决策树法和增益比指数评价MS疾病影响因素的显著性。结果:结果显示,女性、MS家族史、应激史、维生素D缺乏、传染病是影响MS发病的因素,其指数分别为21.3、18.94、17.2、15.78、15.21。结论和讨论:与MS相关的三个重要环境因素包括应激史、维生素D缺乏和暴露于传染病。因此,个人和服务提供者都需要了解这些因素,以防止其症状的进展和恶化。
