This retrospective study included 213 patients, divided into intervention and control groups. Both groups underwent normal or painless colonoscopy. Anxiety and pain were evaluated using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), respectively. The intervention group reported significantly lower anxiety and VAS pain scores compared with the control group. Abstract
