本研究综述了口腔与大脑健康关系的相关文献。牙齿护理不良会导致口腔健康恶化,并增加患其他疾病的风险,如念珠菌病或肺炎。龋齿、牙周炎和牙齿脱落是常见的口腔健康问题。研究表明,口腔相关疾病可能源于内毒素、慢性炎症和转移性感染。搜索策略:在本次范围综述中,使用“口腔健康”、“认知障碍”、“阿尔茨海默病”和“大脑”等关键词,对2020年至2023年发表的关于口腔健康与大脑健康关系的文章进行了检索。通过PubMed、Scopus、Web of Science、Science Direct数据库和谷歌Scholar搜索引擎共检索到457篇英文文章。对文章的质量进行了全面审查,并删除了重复的文章。最终纳入了16篇相关文章。结果:结果可分为预防脑疾病和改善口腔卫生脑活动两大类。学习障碍是由臼齿拔牙和软食引起的海马和大脑皮层的病理改变引起的。功能牙齿数量的增加减少了患阿尔茨海默病的机会。对痴呆症的关注和预防痴呆症的活动似乎随着口腔健康意识的提高而改善。认知功能、全身健康状况与口腔健康状况正相关。结论与讨论:促进口腔健康可减少脑损伤的影响。除了就牙齿健康与整体健康之间的联系提供更专业、更有重点的健康教育外,医生、护士和牙医之间的密切合作也是必要的。还必须承认社区保健护士在学校和社会中在教育和预防方面发挥的宝贵作用。
