Abstract

The Cover Feature illustrates efficient and fast energy transfer from a tetraarylpyrrolo[3,2-b]pyrrole (TAPP) unit to a BODIPY moiety in a TAPP–BODIPY dyad placed in the middle. The central TAPP unit does not fluoresce upon excitation with blue light, rather it transfers its excitation energy to the connected BODIPY moieties.
