Clinical features and investigations led to the diagnosis of functional metastatic FTC with concomitant thyrotoxicosis. Levothyroxine therapy was stopped, and she was treated with propylthiouracil (PTU) followed by serial radioiodine treatments (RAITs) with good control of thyrotoxicosis and metastases. Abstract
