Besides, lens thickness, total ocular aberrations, and high ocular aberrations (<i>P</i> = .014, .040; .027, .038; and.020, .013, in right and left eyes, respectively) were bilaterally higher in OCD children.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Eye rubbing and mechanical trauma were proposed as risk factors for ocular structural changes. Abstract

Purpose: To determine the ocular structural changes in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) children with eye-rubbing compulsion.
