During the preoperative period, the patient presented emergently with acute bilateral lower limb ischemia. This lady was fortunate to have these emboli fired towards a tissue with ischemia tolerance capacity. Abstract
Background Cardiac myxomas are the most common primary cardiac neoplasms.
