Despite its potential, the administration of probiotics containing <i>A. muciniphila</i> faces technological challenges, prompting the development of pasteurized forms recognized as safe by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). This review systematically examines the existing literature on the role of <i>A. muciniphila</i> in stress management, emphasizing the need for further research to validate its efficacy.
