Abstract

The multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system deployed in multicell multiuser scenario suffers from pilot contamination due to interference. The contaminated pilot used in the channel estimation leads to inaccurate estimates of the channel. In this letter, a multicell multiuser channel estimation technique based on the Amari alpha divergence based LMS algorithm (AALMS) is proposed for MIMO system.
