Aspergillus spp. and Candida spp. were detected in 44% (n = 33/75) and 40% (n = 30/75) respectively of the samples, totaling 67 and 96 isolates. Section Fumigati and C. parapsilosis were the most section/species isolated. Triazole resistance was detected in 3% of the Aspergillus spp. (2/67) and in 1% of the Candida spp. (1/96) isolates.
