Its etiological mechanism is not clear, and the risk factors are numerous and common and are closely related to obesity, hypertension, diabetes, etc. The gut microbiota has many strains, which play a considerable part in normal digestion and absorption in the human body and the regulation of the immune response. In the last few years, research on the gut microbiota has been unprecedentedly popular, and it has been confirmed that the gut microbiota closely correlates with the occurrence and development of all kinds of benign and malignant diseases. Abstract

As one of the three major malignant tumors in women, the morbidity of endometrial cancer is second only to that of cervical cancer and is increasing yearly. Its etiological mechanism is not clear, and the risk factors are numerous and common and are closely related to obesity, hypertension, diabetes, etc. The gut microbiota has many strains, which play a considerable part in normal digestion and absorption in the human body and the regulation of the immune response. In the last few years, research on the gut microbiota has been unprecedentedly popular, and it has been confirmed that the gut microbiota closely correlates with the occurrence and development of all kinds of benign and malignant diseases. 子宫内膜癌是女性三大恶性肿瘤之一,发病率仅次于宫颈癌,呈逐年上升趋势。其发病机制尚不清楚,危险因素多而常见,与肥胖、高血压、糖尿病等密切相关。肠道菌群种类繁多,在人体的正常消化吸收和免疫反应的调节中起着相当大的作用。近年来,对肠道菌群的研究空前火热,已经证实肠道菌群与各种良恶性疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文就肠道菌群及其代谢物在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用进行综述,并探讨其在子宫内膜癌预防、诊断和治疗中的应用。
