Abstract

In an unbiased high-throughput screen of 800 kinase inhibitors, we identified a cocktail of kinase inhibitors that increase the frequency of T memory stem cells for CAR-T cell therapy, resulting in improved antitumor effects both in vitro and in mouse models.
