Perspectives of nurses and patients on the misplacement of supportive care information for type 2 diabetes mellitus: a qualitative study in China.

Five themes were generated: (1) consistent value identity, (2) inadequate information carriers, (3) conflicting subject needs, (4) loose information links, and (5) strong willingness to improve.Conclusion: It was essential for patients and nurses to enhance access to information and establish a robust information support framework. Abstract
