Participants completed pre/post-training surveys. Questions quantified self-perceived understanding of Infant Development & Well-Being, Parent/Family Support and Engagement, and Staff Engagement & Well-Being. Total and Domain scores were compared pre/post-training.</div></div><div><h3>Results</h3><div>33/34(97%) respondents completed both pre-and post-training surveys; one respondent was excluded (incomplete data).
