A clinical case of treatment of a patient with duodenal ulcer complicated by recurrent bleeding is presented. Taking into account morbid obesity, the indications for the endoscopic method of stopping recurrent bleeding against the background of adequate replacement therapy have been expanded. An analysis of the selected treatment tactics for complicated peptic ulcer was carried out.
