The effect of yoga on hypertensive women's blood pressure and sexual life: A randomized controlled trial.

No side effects were recorded throughout the study.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Participants in the yoga group had significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure compared to the control group (p<0.001). Abstract

Objectives: To investigate the effects of a 12 weeks yoga program three times a week for one hour on blood pressure and sexual life among hypertensive women.
