Abstract
Pseudocellulitis is an umbrella term used to describe non-necrotizing inflammation of the dermis and hypodermis from a noninfectious etiology.1 As with other mimickers of cellulitis, it may lead to misdiagnosis, unnecessary workup, and unneeded antibiotic use.2,3 This case series describes four unique chemotherapy-associated pseudocellulitis (CAP) cases from an academic tertiary care institution and discusses ways to identify CAP.
