Firstly, that the image was previously published by Habek et al. (2006) and was used without permission or appropriate attribution, and secondly, that it originally depicts a different operative method, the B-Lynch procedure.</p><p>The authors admitted to the unintentional reuse of the figure, which they erroneously believed was their own.
