Satisfactory results were obtained with osteochondral fragment fixation and medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction. To the best of our knowledge, this is only the third reported case of an osteochondral fracture of the posterior LFC. Abstract
A healthy 16-year-old girl presented with an osteochondral fracture of the posterior aspect of the lateral femoral condyle (LFC) following patellar dislocation. Satisfactory results were obtained with osteochondral fragment fixation and medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction.
