Abstract
A little more than 24 hours after Donald Trump was sworn in as the new president, three former heads of the Department of Education gathered to prognosticate about what the department's new priorities would be, discuss how the DOE could improve its public perception, and explain what functions wouldn’t change, regardless of who's in charge.
