Imaging makes the cornerstone of diagnosis in cases with strong clinical suspicion since the nodular subcutaneous swelling has many clinical differentials. Abstract: Human dirofilariasis by nematode worm Dirofilariarepens is an uncommon zoonotic infection presenting most commonly as subcutaneous nodules after mosquito bites.
