Abstract
A 37-year-old woman underwent off-pump triple-vessel total arterial revascularization in her 27th week of pregnancy. She was diagnosed to have ischemic heart disease along with type 2 familial hypercholesterolemia with chest pain and orthopnea at rest. She underwent grafting to the left anterior descending, obtuse marginal, and posterior descending arteries by the left internal mammary artery–right internal mammary artery–Y technique.
