The objective of this work is the descriptive analysis of patients with periorbital carcinomas treated with MMS in our service over a period of 10 years.</div></div><div><h3>Patients and method</h3><div>Retrospective analysis of all patients operated with MMS in the periorbital region in the Dermatological Surgery Unit from 2013 to 2022, where clinical, tumor and surgical variables were obtained.</div></div><div><h3>Results</h3><div>In the periorbital region, 52 MMS were performed in 44 patients; 26 (59.1%) of the patients were women. The average age was 64.2 years. Basal cell carcinomas represented 84.6% of the treated carcinomas. The most frequent location was the lower eyelid. Simple closure was the most used reconstruction method. The most frequent compilation observed was cicatricial ectropion at 11.5%.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><div>The results obtained in this study agree with those published from other centers. MMS continues to be used successfully in the management of periorbital tumors.
