Abstract

Background: From August to September 2024, we led a team of Guangzhou No.5 Binjiang Junior High School students to study the community structure of leaf litter beetles in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, southern China, to prepare for the Youth Innovation Competition hosted by the Guangzhou Education Bureau. In the study, 479 specimens were collected in total, identified as 73 species in 14 families. 背景:2024年8月至9月,我们带领广州市滨江五中学生团队,为广州市教育局举办的青年创新大赛做准备,对中国南方广东省广州市凋落叶甲虫的群落结构进行了研究。本研究共采集标本479份,鉴定为14科73种。在所有的标本中,有些被认为是新物种,这里描述了其中一个。长尾蝶属(trachyphloosoma Wollaston), 1869(鞘翅目,龟科,虎尾蝶科,长尾蝶属)包括中国已知的6种,该属在广东省首次记录。新资料:发现广东省广州市象鼻虫一新种:Trachyphloeosomarutiani sp. nov.(鞘翅目,瓢虫科,瓢虫科)。新种的重要形态特征用彩色图版加以说明。
