不同方法去除根管氢氧化钙效果的体外研究。
目的:比较四种根管内氢氧化钙清除方法的效果。方法:采用ProTaper Universal F4固定下颌单管恒磨牙80颗。牙齿被分成两个纵向的、标准化的凹槽,在根管壁上准备凹陷并填充氢氧化钙。根据冲洗方式的不同,将样品随机分为4组,分别为注射器冲洗组(SYIG)、声波振动组(SOIG)、超声冲洗组(ULIG)和Er: YAG激光冲洗组(LAIG)。氢氧化钙从根管中取出。用显微镜计算冲洗前后的残余氢氧化钙面积百分比,并拍照。采用评分法评价不规则区域(沟槽、凹陷)的去除效果。结果:在根管冠内,SOIG、ULIG、LAIG的清除率均优于SYIG。ulg和lag清除率最高(P < 0.05)。在根管中部和根管尖端,SOIG、ULIG和lag的清除率优于SYIG。其中,lag清除率最高(P < 0.05)。SOIG与ULIG的清除率差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05)。不同冲洗方式对沟槽和洼地的氢氧化钙去除率得分均以lag最佳(P < 0.05)。结论:四种方法均不能完全去除氢氧化钙。但是,与其他洗涤方法相比,lag具有更大的优点,具有更高的清洗效率。
