Abstract
Despite advancements in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, including CAR T-cell therapy, TP53 mutations remain a significant negative prognostic factor in patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The combination of autologous stem cell transplantation and CAR T-cell therapy may enhance long-term prognosis and reduce adverse effects, including severe cytokine release syndrome.
