The patient suffers from psychotic depression with catatonic presentation and Cotard syndrome (delusions with denial of internal organs). Abstract
The use of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) during twin pregnancy has been insufficiently studied, and there is limited evidence regarding its safety.
