Abstract

A single-shot phase diversity phase retrieval (PDPR) method is proposed utilizing a synthetic computer-generated hologram (CGH). This CGH is designed by synthesizing two phases derived from the decomposition of a complex-amplitude hologram that encodes low-order Lukosz aberration modes.
