Abstract
Single-Cell Quantification
In article number 2401302, Kshitiz, Kazunori Hoshino, and co-workers present the first cell-by-cell evaluation of tissue viscoelastic properties. Using 3D light-sheet microscopy and digital image correlation, micro-mechanical compression is analyzed, revealing the displacement, deformation, and interactions of individual cells.
