Abstract

载抗生素骨水泥在治疗下肢软组织感染中的应用。

目的：探讨载抗生素骨水泥治疗下肢软组织感染的临床疗效。方法：对四川省骨科医院2022年1月1日至2023年12月1日收治的40例下肢软组织感染患者进行回顾性分析。将入组患者根据治疗方法的不同分为骨水泥治疗组（研究组）和常规治疗组（对照组），每组20例。比较两组手术次数、创面愈合时间、创面a级愈合率、复发率、炎症指标恢复率。结果：两组患者均得到随访，两组手术次数比较，差异无统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：载抗生素骨水泥治疗下肢软组织感染效果明显，创面愈合好，复发率低。
