We retrospectively reviewed five cases treated surgically between 2016 and 2020, with a minimum follow-up of two years. Preoperative MRI was used to assess tumor diffusion and involvement of adjacent structures, while diagnosis was confirmed through histological analysis of biopsy samples. Surgical treatment involved en bloc resection of the primary lesions. The study found a 37.5% recurrence rate, with recurrences occurring on average 6.7 months after initial surgery. Bone resection was needed in 60% of cases, either initially or due to recurrences. Active surveillance or repeat surgery managed recurrences.
