Abstract

Framework nucleic acids (FNAs), as precisely engineered structural nucleic acids, enable precise regulation of molecular recognition between receptors and ligands. In their Research Article (e202425252), Xiaolei Zuo and co-workers developed a tetrahedral DNA framework-engineered multivalent aptamer system (TEAn) for the highly efficient capture of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and accurate monitoring of clinical treatment progression.
