一个新的模型预测2型糖尿病患者的最佳药物
许多治疗 2 型糖尿病(T2DM)的降糖药物对不同患者有不同程度的疗效,但目前人们还不太清楚应该使用哪些标准来对 T2DM 进行个性化治疗。发表在《柳叶刀》(The Lancet)上的一项研究建立了一个模型,可根据常规记录的临床特征预测不同T2DM药物类别对降低患者血糖的疗效。该模型是利用英国18-79岁T2DM患者的初级和二级医疗记录建立的,这些记录来自临床实践研究数据链(CPRD)数据库。该模型预测的主要结果是患者开始服用五类药物 12 个月后的 HbA1c 水平。通过比较三项随机对照试验中各类药物的预测值和实际 HbA1c 值,验证了该模型的准确性。
