Key findings are summarized in four areas: 1) the definition and mechanisms of dysbiosis, 2) evaluation tools for gut microbiota imbalance, 3) factors contributing to dysbiosis in the elderly, and 4) pharmacological treatments. Both TCM and Western medicine offer unique advantages in managing gut microbiota dysbiosis, and the choice of intervention should be tailored to the individual's condition. 老年人肠道菌群失调的影响因素及中西医干预研究进展
随着人口老龄化,老年人肠道健康已成为人们关注的关键领域,肠道菌群失调已成为一个重要问题。本文综述了影响生态失调的因素及中西医干预措施,为今后的研究提供参考。截至2024年3月,对全球数据库的全面搜索确定了617项关于65岁及以上人群肠道微生物群失调的原始研究。在应用严格的PRISMA指南后,有20篇文章符合纳入标准。主要研究成果包括:1)生态失调的定义和机制;2)肠道菌群失衡的评估工具;3)老年人生态失调的影响因素;4)药物治疗。中医和西医在控制肠道菌群失调方面都有独特的优势,干预措施的选择应根据个人情况而定。未来的研究应着眼于优化中西医结合的方法,以改善老年肠道菌群失调患者的预后。
