Plateau heart disease was diagnosed by thoracic computed tomography, pulmonary arteriography, pulmonary function tests and examination of medical history. Abstract
This paper reports a case of plateau heart disease in Qinghai-Tibetan plateau who had recurrent symptoms of chest tightness and shortness of breath for 6 years but was misdiagnosed as chronic pulmonary heart disease. Plateau heart disease was diagnosed by thoracic computed tomography, pulmonary arteriography, pulmonary function tests and examination of medical history.
