Abstract

Accurate Gastric Cancer Detection

In this study a bimodal EV-circRNA analyzer (BEISA) for detecting circular RNA in gastric cancerderived extracellular vesicles (EVs) is developed. BEISA employs RF-HCR to generate dual fluorescent and electrochemical signals in situ. Combined with machine learning, it can effectively differentiate early gastric cancer patients from healthy donors.
