Abstract

Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease

High-fat diet upregulated O-GlcNAcylation of LIMA1 and LIMA1-enriched small extracellular vesicle (sEV) secretion in hepatocytes, exacerbated hepatic lipid deposition and metabolic dysfunction-associated steato-hepatitis (MASH) fibrosis. LIMA1 is a promising non-invasive biomarker and therapeutic target for MASH. More details can be found in article number 2415941 by Yongmin Yan and co-workers.
