Abstract

Peptide expression influenced by human chromosome 21 was examined by comparing two-dimensional electrophoretograms of a human-hamster hybrid cell containing human chromosome 21 with its parent hamster cell and a revertant of the hybrid which had segregated the chromosome 21 genes for SOD-1, GARS, and a cytotoxic cell-surface antigen.
