The addition of PGF2 alpha in a concentration of 25 00 ng/ml isotonic salt solution to sperm samples resulted in a highly significant (p less than 0.025) increase in sperm motility; however, only two out of three samples responded in this way, the remainder being unaffected. Mean progressive sperm motility in responders increased by 32.8% of baseline value (determined 2h after liquefaction). Abstract
