Abstract
The case of a woman with angioleiomyolipoma is reported. In the light of published data a brief review is presented on the aetiology, pathology and clinical aspects of this extremely rare disease. Angioleiomyolipoma is a benign disease which can be cured by removal of the kidney. In the case at issue, there occurred no tuberous sclerosis in the patient.
