The basic approach is that the dynamics of rural primary health care delivery systems can be understood as an interaction between consumer and provider models. Computer modelling techniques can be used to analyze the efficiency of particular rural health care systems based on site-specific geographical data and economic data regarding the cost of gasoline and other costs to the consumer and provider. Abstract
A methodology for the analysis of rural primary health care delivery systems is presented. The basic approach is that the dynamics of rural primary health care delivery systems can be understood as an interaction between consumer and provider models.
