Abstract

The large-subunit ribosomal RNA gene sequences of Leuconostoc carnosum, Leuc. mesenteroides, Leuc. oenos, Leuc. paramesenteroides and Lactobacillus confusus were determined by direct sequencing of enzymatically-amplified DNA.
