We present four cases that illustrate that HL may be seen in non-HIV and nonimmunocompromised patients. Abstract
Hairy leukoplakia was first described in association with HIV infection. Today hairy leukoplakia has come to represent a sign of immunosuppression and not just of HIV infection.
