Abstract
The end-stage renal patient undergoing dialysis is susceptible to a number of infections. We report a case of localized suppurative osteomyelitis of the jaws, secondary to periodontitis, in a patient with chronic renal failure, with review of the physiologic and biochemical changes associated with renal failure.
