We report a new case of infective aneurysm of the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) following stent implantation. Infective mitral endocarditis due to Pseudomonas aeruginosa occurring a few weeks after stenting led to search for stent infection. Coronary angiography revealed a saccular aneurysm of the LAD. Abstract
