ERP measurements (mean amplitudes, peak amplitudes, peak latencies) were subjected to analysis of variance and linear regression analyses.</span></p><p><strong>Results</strong>: All participants, regardless of age, produced larger N400s to words that did not fit than to those that did. Abstract
